We Go Boldly continues our discussion of phase two of our inner voice work. How do we accept ourselves once we weed out the negative influences to our inner monologue, and do the deep dive into who we are at our core? 

Tovah and Rielly talk through methods for working on accepting all the facets of our person, allowing ourselves to be whole humans. Once we clear out the clutter of the noise around us, we can take time to look at the way that we talk to ourselves, the way that we feel about ourselves, and what to do with those feelings. 

Processing our emotions and allowing them to happen without judgment helps us to accept ourselves. That acceptance is a fundamental step in bringing our full and worthy selves to bear on our own lives. This kind of acceptance allows us to be prepared by our past rather than ruled by it.
