This week Rielly and Tovah discuss the difference between internal and external transformations. Some transformations may change us deeply while others are more surface. Can we keep a transformation that is only surface?

Is life one continuous transformation and we don’t notice it happening? What happens when we choose not to transform? Is that even an option? What prevents our transformations? How do you go about making personal transformations? How do you make sure your transformation is going in the right direction?

As you can see there are a lot of questions this week and we do our best to answer them all. Join us as we take this deep dive into what transformation is and how we can make sure it lasts.


  1. Journaling time! Look back in time and consider the ways in which you have transformed physically and/or internally. Brainstorm a list.
  2. Take your list and write out your thoughts about any of those transformations that were particularly impactful on your life trajectory. Were you intentional about the transformation? What triggered the transformation? What support did you have through the process? What would you do the same or different if it happened now?
  3. Reach out to your accountability partner to discuss or check in with us on the socials!
